Do you get CalFresh? You Can Help! Help Us Find People Who Want to Stop Cuts

Western Center on Law and Poverty is looking for CalFresh recipients who may be cut from aid due to a new rule impacting people who are determined to be “Able Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD)”. We need your help to stop these cuts to the program.

We are urgently looking for impacted individuals in the dark grey counties.

We look forward to working with you to keep people from going hungry and we look forward to winning!

Are you an impacted CalFresh recipient? You are if:

  • If you are between 18 and 49 years old.
  • If you live in a home where here are no children under 18 yrs old.
  • If you DO NOT received income because of a disability.

Is this you? If so, you could lose benefits from a new rule. If you live in Alameda, Contra Costa County, Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Napa, Santa Cruz, San Benito, Santa Clara, San Francisco or Sonoma County, we would like to talk to you about how to stop the cuts and to stop people from going hungry. Give us a call!
