The National Association of Social Workers, California Chapter (NASW-CA) is currently hiring an Operations Manager to join and support and Chapter team. NASW-CA works to enhance the capacity of social workers, create and maintain the highest ethical and professional standards, and to advance social policies that address the needs of communities served.
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for leading administrative duties, coordinating and overseeing events, and collaborating with staff, chapter leadership, community partners, and members. The Operations Manager will possess a high level of organization, technical fluency in MS Office and virtual platforms, excellent writing and communication, and critical thinking skills to proactively solve problems. This position is remote, but travel is required to attend meetings and activities locally and throughout the state.
