At the NASW-CA Board meeting on October 27, Ruby Guillen and Christa Tipton of the Technology Council were honored to present a framed certificate of appreciation to NASW-CA Board President Sylvester Bowie from United Nations Association.
On August 29, Ruby and Christa represented NASW and sponsored the United Nations West Coast Global Forum focused on SDG #5 Gender Equality with the theme Equality: The Time is Now!
