Social service providers in California’s Mendocino County are learning how to spot potential victims of sex trafficking from someone who’s been there. In her training sessions, survivor Elle Snow says her vulnerability resulted from sexual molestation at home and lack of help from authorities, conditions often shared by children in foster care.
