The second set of revised public and professional policy statements are ready for member review and comment. For this round there are seven policies up for review:
- Poverty and Economic Justice
- Civil Liberties and Justice
- Environmental Policy
- Language and Cultural Diversity in the U.S.
- International Policy on Human Rights
- Family Policy
- Professional Self-Care and Social Work
If you would like to read and comment on these policies, please visit the Comment Forum between February 6 and March 7, 2017.
As is usual, the policy panels are composed of NASW members (delegates and non-delegates) who are expert in the topic areas.
We also encourage you to reach out to all your chapter’s members to encourage them to review the policies as well!
