NASW-CA is proud to offer a free opportunity for social workers to learn about and engage in mindfulness practice. Join us on the second Tuesday of each month (12:00 pm – 1:00 pm) and the last Wednesday of each month (6:00 pm – 7:00 pm) for Mindfulness for Social Workers.
This is an exclusive offering for NASW members to build community, practice mindfulness, and develop skills for using mindfulness in your work, facilitated by Brian Stefan and Sabri Williams. Join us for these virtual lunchtime and evening activities every month and let’s build intentional self-care practice together.
NASW members are required to include their Membership number during registration checkout to receive the meeting link. NASW-CA will verify your membership after registration. Not a NASW Member?
