Share your knowledge, experience, and tips at 2023 NASW-CA Annual Conference
NASW-CA is excited to announce that the 2023 Annual Conference will be held in-person, and we can’t wait to engage with hundreds of social work and social service professionals this fall! The 2023 conference theme is Re-Emergence: A New Path for Social Work, and will explore a range of topics related to the practice of social work and leadership in a post-COVID world. On October 20 and 21, we will be gathering at the Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel in Burbank, CA to re-engage, reimagine, and reconnect with you through innovative programming, networking, and inspiring workshops and speakers.
As the world keeps evolving, social workers are rising to meet the needs of their communities, advocating in the state legislature, and working on the frontlines of social change. We hope you will join us to share the collective power of social work and the impact our profession has on social justice, public welfare, and beyond.
We invite all corners of the social work profession to submit a conference presentation proposal and help us set the tone for this year’s event! These 90-minute presentations will cover a broad range of topics from clinical practice issues for experienced practitioners to advocacy, leadership, and social justice work. We look forward to reviewing your proposals and sharing your knowledge.
