A full copy of the Flores Settlement is available  through this link. A copy of the Court’s compliance Order, issued on June 27, 2017, is available through this link.

The Trump Administration has targeted apprehended immigrant children for detention, expedited deportation and apprehension and prosecution of their parents. This is a unique opportunity for law firms, pro bono lawyers and legal services lawyers, paralegals and mental health experts to make a difference in the lives of thousands of detained immigrant minors. The information you gather will be used in the Flores class action case and may, therefore, impact all detained minors nationwide.
