Re-Engage, Reimagine, and Reconnect with NASW-CA this October

Register today to enjoy Early Bird Pricing

After three years of an entirely virtual program, 2023 NASW-CA Social Work Conference will be held in-person on Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21! We are so excited to join hundreds of social work and social service professionals in Burbank, California where we will gain professional development tools, participate in continuing education classes, meet potential employers and access new resources from various exhibiting organizations, celebrate leaders during the Statewide Social Work Awards Ceremony, and much more.

This year’s Conference theme is Re-Emergence: A New Path for Social Work. As COVID-19 no longer poses the societal emergency it first did in late 2019, we will explore a range of topics related to the practice of social work and leadership in a post-COVID world. Through innovative programming, inspiring workshops and speakers, and networking opportunities, we welcome you to join us in celebrating the collective power of social work and the impact of our profession on social justice, public welfare, and beyond.

Attendees will hear from a wide range of speakers who will explore the endless ways social workers can integrate micro, mezzo, and macro practice in their diverse roles, career paths, and scopes of practice.

Our speakers are excited to share their knowledge and experience in:

  • Micro/Mezzo in Children, Youth, and Families
  • Micro/Mezzo in Health and Aging
  • Micro/Mezzo in Anti-Violence and Crisis Intervention
  • Micro/Mezzo in Clinical Social Work
  • Macro Practice in Policy, Advocacy, and Activism
  • Macro Practice in Leadership and Program Management
  • Macro Practice in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Antiracism
Join us in Burbank, CA
