WATCH: Senator Susan Talamantes Eggman (D-Stockton) introduce Senate Resolution 14 to the California State Senate, which designates the month of March 2021 as Social Work Month in honor of social workers who have worked on the frontlines as essential workers during the pandemic. Senator Eggman is a social worker and the first openly LGBTQ+ Latinx woman elected to the California Senate.
