The waiver to allow remote supervision in all settings, which includes private practices and professional corporations, has been extended to August 31, 2022! This will allow time for AB 1758 (Aguiar-Curry) to be passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor to allow for remote supervision in all settings without the need for waivers. NASW-CA will continue to actively work with the BBS to sustain remote clinical supervision options.
