Schedule for Upcoming CECANF Deliberations

Commission to Eliminate Child Abuse and Neglect Fatalities to Hold Public Meetings by Teleconference

The Commission to Eliminate Child Abuse and Neglect Fatalities (CECANF), a federal advisory committee established by the Protect Our Kids Act of 2012 (P. L. 112-275), will hold a series of open meetings by teleconference on the following dates:

·        Friday, October 30, 2015: 1:00-3:00 p.m. ET

·        Thursday, November 12, 2015: 1:00-3:00 p.m. ET

·        Thursday, December 3, 2015: 1:00-3:00 p.m. ET

Individuals interested in participating may join the teleconferences by dialing (800) 870-9004 and entering the following passcode: *3676137#.

The Commission will convene these meetings to discuss testimony received, review work of its subcommittees, and develop recommendations for its final report.

Members of the public will not have the opportunity to ask questions or otherwise participate in the meeting. Comments may be submitted via the Contact Us section of the website.

Agendas and supporting documents for the meetings as well as meeting minutes will be posted to the CECANF website as they come available.
