Policy Statements Ready for Review

The second set of revised public and professional policy statements are ready for member review and comment.  For this round there are seven policies up for review:

  • Poverty and Economic Justice
  • Civil Liberties and Justice
  • Environmental Policy
  • Language and Cultural Diversity in the U.S.
  • International Policy on Human Rights
  • Family Policy
  • Professional Self-Care and Social Work

If you would like to read and comment on these policies, please visit the Comment Forum between February 6 and March 7, 2017.

As is usual, the policy panels are composed of NASW members (delegates and non-delegates) who are expert in the topic areas.

We also encourage you to reach out to all your chapter’s members to encourage them to review the policies as well!
