The DisAbilities Council is mourning the death of Judith Heumann, a true disabilities rights hero and trailblazer. Thank you, Judy, for paving the way for people with disabilities to be included as active members of society and to realize they have a voice worthy of being heard. We will continue her work as there is still much to be done!
If you are interested in joining the DisAbilities Council to help continue Judy’s work, please contact Helene Diamond at NASWCADISABILITIESCOUNCIL@gmail.com.
