NASW-CA CHAPTER STRATEGIC PLANNING

Strategic planning is a process that allows an organization’s leadership and membership to participate in setting its program goals and objectives. Every three years, the California Chapter reviews and updates its strategic plan using input from staff, leadership and members.

Click on the link below to review the draft 2019-2022 Chapter Strategic Plan approved for member review and input by the Chapter Board of Directors on January 26, 2019.
