The National Association of Social Workers, California Chapter (NASW-CA), is currently hiring an Executive Director to lead our chapter team and to engage, inspire, and mobilize the Association’s membership. NASW-CA works to promote, develop, and protect social workers and the profession while enhancing the well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
The Executive Director will possess strong nonprofit senior leadership, exceptional executive management skills to provide oversight for organizational and leadership development priorities, an awareness of the diversity of social work practice, and strong advocacy experience. This position is remote, but travel is required to attend meetings and activities throughout the state. NASW offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as excellent benefits such as 401k and health insurance.
