His dedication to creating positive change has positioned him as a true trailblazer in the field of social work.
With a career rooted in service and equity, Dr. Highshaw consistently seeks out creative solutions to complex issues and inspires others to join him in advancing justice, wellness, and empowerment for all communities.
With more than twenty-five years of nonprofit program and administrative management experience, Dr. Highshaw completed his Bachelor of Psychology from Western Illinois University, his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and his Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from the University of Southern California.
