Survey: The Integration of Responsible Fatherhood within Foster Care Service Delivery and other Children and Youth Servicing Systems

The NASW-PA Chapter has been working for several years on a project with the Stoneleigh Foundation on “The Integration of Responsible Fatherhood within Foster Care Service Delivery and other Children and Youth Servicing Systems.”

The project was initiated and implemented by Rufus Sylvester Lynch, who is currently serving as a regional representative to the NASW national Board of Directors.

Part of the project is the creation of an online toolkit that will have resources for social workers who work in this area.  We have conducted a brief (four question) survey of our members to assess interest in the toolkit and to ask what resources they would like to see included. We had good participation, and results indicated that social workers did see this as an area of interest.

Rufus has asked me to contact other NASW Chapters to request that you pass this survey along to your members, as well.  Chapters that participate in distributing the survey will be given access to the eventual resulting online toolkit to share with your members as a practice resource.

The survey link is below.  A more detailed description of the project is included on the survey page.  Please let me know if you decide to participate, or if you would like any additional information.
