It’s time for Title Protection. We need all social work students, professionals, and partners to join the fight to have the social work title recognized in state law, which will take center stage at the beginning of the 2024 legislative session.
Join NASW-CA for an information session and discussion about having Title Protection for Social Workers written into state law.
On December 15 from 12:00PM to 1:30PM, NASW-CA staff and partners will:
Whether you have advocated for Title Protection in the past and need a refresher on the concept, its impacts, and its history — or you are new to the topic of Title Protection and want to build your understanding of this key legislation to the social worker profession, we welcome you to participate.
We look forward to hosting you on Friday, December 15 from 12 – 1:30 PM PT to update the social work profession about the Chapter’s efforts to get Title Protection for Social Workers passed.
This event is free for all social work students, professionals, and allies to attend.
