The COVID-19 pandemic brought to light the many ways in which our society is flawed. From disparities in access to and quality of health care, food insecurity, and workforce instability, to the continued need to overhaul our justice system at all levels, we know that there is much work still to be done to improve the quality of life for Americans in California and in the rest of the country. One way in which you can help, is by putting pressure on your local legislator in the California Assembly and Senate.
NASW-CA works hard to advocate and lobby for bills that affects not only the social work profession, but also the lives of our clients, our communities, and our families. Sign up to receive advocacy alerts and contact your legislator easily and quickly.
