Build your local social work community and with the Inland Empire Unit on Monday, February 6! They are thrilled to have Stephanie Reade, MSW, ACSW, CAGCS, a Hospice & Palliative Medical Social Worker, share what it’s like to be a hospice social worker.
Stephanie Reade, MSW, ACSW, CAGCS is a Hospice & Palliative Medical Social Worker whom is employed at Comfort Choice Hospice. These are services are rendered in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Palm Springs. Stephanie also works at Little House Women’s Recovery Home, as a Mental Health Therapist and facilitates a trauma Group. Stephanie also works at New Hope Grief Support Community and facilities their Grief & Loss Group. Stephanie has been a hospice & palliative care social worker for 7 years. She earned an MSW from the University of New England in 2020 with a concentration on clinical practice. Stephanie earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Arizona State University, and also has a grief counseling certification (CAGCS).
