LCA provides case management according to Public Defender clients’ needs. LCA is an integral team member working with public defender attorneys to provide holistic representation that includes stabilization assistance to adult clients accused of crimes. By addressing circumstances that lead to criminal justice system involvement, the program aims to stabilize lives, reduce recidivism, and create safer communities.
