Learn By Doing (LBD) is a monthly, thematic, experiential learning workshop for social workers and social work students to learn and practice mindfulness in community with each other. These sessions will expand beyond NASW’s monthly, one-hour mindfulness practice sessions, delving into special topics facing our clients, communities, and selves each month, and equipping attendees with skills and tools to enhance their individual mindfulness practice and apply to their practice with clients, colleagues, and communities they serve.
