Please join us for our forum on human trafficking featuring panelists from
San José State University’s Justice Studies Department, the Bay Area Anti-Trafficking Coalition, San José Police Department, the South Bay Coalition to End Human Trafficking, and Freedom House.
Human trafficking through forced labor, slavery, or sexual exploitation, occurs in our communities. Human trafficking affects us all. Increase your understanding of the problems of human trafficking in San José, Santa Clara County, the greater San Francisco Bay Area, and similar areas. Raise your awareness of affected populations and communities from various professional points of view. Discuss practical solutions and approaches to preventing human trafficking.

This course meets the qualifications for 1 hour of continuing education for LCSWs, LMFTs and LPCCs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
