Brief Description & Learning Objectives from our Presenter:
Coordinated Entry is a consistent, community-wide process that utilizes a standardized method to assess, prioritize, and refer people experiencing homelessness to resources that are the best fit for their situation. The process is designed to be accessible, low-barrier, easy to navigate, trauma-informed, and embedded in the community.
Participants will learn:
– How to support clients in accessing resources within San Francisco’s Homelessness Response System
– What Problem Solving is and who can access it
– About the different types of housing resources and services available
– How Coordinated Entry tailors services to clients based on their specific circumstances
When: Thursday, October 8th, 2020
