Harleny Vasquez, Superstart Career Coach, Will Teach You How to Find Your Next Social Work Job on July 16

NASW-CA’s Social Work Occupational Council invites you to a free event on July 16, 12pm – 1:30pm PT! We will be joined by a well-known celebrity, Social Work Career Coach Harleny Vasquez, LMSW, SIFI, who will help social workers on the job market on how to search for and secure their next social work role. She will also discuss how to leverage our network, build an online presence on LinkedIn, and other job search strategies to land a new role.

This event is for FREE and for ALL social workers (MSW students, new graduates, early career folks, as well as seasoned professionals) to learn from a professional career coach. Participants are encouraged to submit questions in advance.

Harleny Vasquez is a Licensed Social Worker and a Latina Woman of color. She is the founder of her business yourEVOLVEDmind, where she is a social work career coach helping aspiring and social workers in all stages. Her area of focus includes, resume and cover letter writing, personal branding, LinkedIn marketing, salary negotiation and confidence building. She provides her clients the tools needed to secure their next opportunity using the LinkedIn platform. She is an experienced social worker with over 10 years working in social services providing trauma-informed care. She is a workshop facilitator and speaker on a mission to uplift and elevate the social work profession.
