Emotional Availability in Group: Fostering Intimacy in Challenging Times
By Jeffrey Hudson, M.Ed., LPC, CGP
As psychotherapists, we routinely work with our patients’ availability for emotional engagement. Our success depends, in part, on our own emotional availability. Workshop includes: examining both group members’ and leaders’ resistance to emotional involvement, discussions of sources of resistance and influence of current political environment on our groups, exploration of Modern Psychoanalytic approaches. 6 CE’s available.
