The time is right to enhance equity and access, and the NASW-CA Membership Scholarship program seeks to promote the diversity of and engagement with our organization with social workers who identify as Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color (BIPOC). This program will cover over 50 full membership dues for social work students, professionals, and retirees who would like to be more deeply involved in the direction of the California Chapter, professional development and leadership opportunities within the organization, and our advocacy for social justice causes statewide.
NASW-CA is committed to encouraging the diversity and inclusion of those collectively leading the California Chapter, and supports the pipeline through which we are able to engage more social workers who identify as Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color (BIPOC). We encourage you to consider applying to join the largest Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
Applications are due April 15th.
