Effective January 1, 2022, new regulations require all licensees supervising an individual gaining hours of experience toward LMFT, LCSW or LPCC licensure to complete and submit a one-time Supervisor Self-Assessment Report to the Board. The purpose of this one-time report is to affirm the licensee’s qualifications to be a supervisor. Active supervisors (as of the date the regulation took effect) were given a deadline of January 1, 2023 to submit the report.
The Supervisor Self-Assessment Report form includes instruction for completion and submission, and is available on the Board’s website.
