BBS Announces extension of waivers through end of year

The BBS Announces the following extensions through December 31st:

  1. Healthcare License Reactivation Extension – extends to January 1, 2022, (a 61-day extension) the validity of any healthcare license that was reactivated pursuant to the Department’s prior reactivation waiver orders, which authorized inactive healthcare licensees to reactivate their licenses to active status, without completing continuing education or paying reactivation fees.
  1. Board of Behavioral Sciences Extension of Face-To-Face Training and Supervision Waiver – extends by 61 days (to December 31) the order waiving “face-to-face” training and supervision requirements for marriage family therapists, professional clinical counselors, and clinical social workers.
