the American Psychiatric Association Foundation’s next virtual town hall on Mentally-Healthy Families in Times of a Pandemic on December 2, 2020 from 5:00pm – 6:00pm PST/8:00 pm – 9:00 pm EST. During this virtual town hall, our psychiatric experts will participate in a candid discussion to help parents and caregivers recognize common signs of stress, learn ways to manage stress, and explore examples of how you can plan stress relief activities for your family. This town hall also features a newly released resource on Notice. Talk. Act. at Home: Coping Skills – a resource to help parents and caregivers stay mentally healthy through the public health emergency.
