Technical Customer Service (part-time)

Job Description: Work part-time from home as an independent contractor. As part of a small team, provide professional, timely, and high quality technical customer service over email and phone to users of an online continuing education program for psychotherapists. All customer support tickets will documented through an online ticket system.

 

Hours/Days: Must be available to respond to technical (online) customer inquiries for 2-3 hours from 9am to 6pm, Mon-Thurs. Customer service requests (email or phone) arrive sporadically over the work day and must be answered within a 2 hour window.

 

Payment:  Initially $80 per day (Mon-Thurs) and after probationary period $100 per day.

 

Qualifications: Reliable, professional, self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strongly prefer knowledge of online content management systems and continuing education.

 

·       Must own personal computer with fast Internet service, updated programs and virus protection.

·       Must have previous experience providing customer service for online programs.

·       Must provide references for customer service experience.
